Mon, April 14, 2008 - 7:42 AMRight now on the CNN website there is a poll about this. It asks people if a candidate's religious beliefs are important in deciding who to support. Over 60% say it is not an important factor. The talking heads on the networks play up the issue so the candidates play to the (false) idea that thy must acknowledge an imaginary fellow in the sky. I'll bet it gets worse as we get closer to November.
